We're in search of a Remote Support Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides remote clinical oversight to clients and behavior technicians across a variety of service locations, including clinic, home, and community settings, as applicable. A Remote Support BCBA is a BCBA who has the experience and abilities to assist Quality Assurance with leadership tasks as assigned. The position will allow someone passionate about treatment to focus their time on client programming and staff training, including but not limited to, mid-tier supervisors and entry level BC(a)BAs.

The Remote Support BCBA is responsible for development and maintenance of the treatment plan to ensure they are maximally effective in accordance with BrightPath Behavior’s treatment philosophy, practices, and protocols. This involves clinical supervision, training, support, and evaluation of behavior technicians and behavior plans. The caseload and weekly billable hours requirement is between 25 to 30 hours.

Must reside in one of the following states: OH, TX, CO, FL, MI, AZ

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to improve clients’ cognitive, language, social, and adaptive skills

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, EFL, PAL, TRIAD) and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Monitor client progress through data analysis, program reviews, and ongoing treatment modifications to ensure meaningful outcomes and skill generalization

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and treatment authorizations in compliance with payor, BACB, and company requirements

  • Provide clinical supervision (minimum 10%), feedback, and performance oversight to behavior technicians to ensure treatment integrity

  • Deliver caregiver training and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated, continuum-of-care services

  • Monitor authorized hours, billing alignment, and utilization; communicate adjustments with clinic leadership as needed

  • Support training, mentorship, and professional development for technicians and BC(a)BAs

  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, case reviews, and leadership activities to support clinic performance

  • Maintain BCBA certification and adhere to ethical, confidentiality, and company policy standards

  • Foster a patient-centered, collaborative, culturally competent, and excellence-driven clinic culture

  • Participate in hiring and training of new employees
  • Supervise candidates earning independent fieldwork hours
  • Attend required meetings

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and LBA in good standing. 
  • Must have or obtain a TX license. 
  • Qualify for Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Must qualify for approved credentials with designated insurance carriers
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • 3 years experience managing ABA cases, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or other equivalent experience, preferred
  • Experience rendering ABA services via telehealth, preferred
