This position provides clinical supervision and billing support across the organization. The role allows someone passionate about clinical quality to focus their time on client programming, staff training, auditing quality metrics, and staff supervision support, as assigned.
Responsibilities
Assesses, designs, and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs for clients, providing required supervision and oversight to clinical operations team members across the organization
Assists with development & maintenance of client treatment plans to ensure they are maximally effective; this involves clinical supervision, training, support, and evaluation of behavior plans
Provides guidance and mentorship to clinical operations team members, as needed, to support collection of all required paperwork for intake assessment from parents and provide it to Administrative/Schedule Coordinator or appropriate point of contact per organizational chart
Assists with initial assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, EFL, PAL, and TRIAD) and observes client to collect data
Supports goal development and writing initial program from assessments for new clients, providing required oversight and training to BCBAs and Clinical Residents.
Assists with staff training initiatives, as assigned
Assists with internal and external audits, as assigned
Assists with critical case reviews and client program audits, as assigned
Responsible for completing minimum clinical billable hours, as assigned
Responds timely to emails and phone calls
Provide support to Clinical Residents to fulfill supervision hours, while present-observe/train staff, take data, assist with caregiver meetings, check data sheets, etc.
Oversees parent/caregiver training activities as assigned; support completion of behavioral assessments such as functional analyses, develop behavior protocols and/or FBAs
Provide feedback to support staff performance evaluations, as requested
Monitor progress of goals (self-graphing sheets, ABC sheets, etc.) for assigned clients; recommend and develop interventions for new and/or in progress goals
Assist with preparing and tracking progress reports for clients, as required
Ensure proper archiving of reports and all clinical documentation for clients
Achieve minimum case management requirements based on client caseload plus parent/caregiver training and assessments, as required by insurance
Ensure adherence to the company’s client intake and offboarding policies and procedures, as needed
Schedule and conduct supervisee meetings (according to BACB guidelines)
Maintain supervisee supervision logs for 7 years after supervisee certification, as applicable
Support assigned locations and company as a whole according to local time zones and hours of operation
Complete any delegated projects or other job duties, as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
- Valid, current and in good standing BCBA credential and LBA
- Masters degree required
- Must qualify for supervisor status per Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements
- Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Previous experience working with a range of children with autism, developmental disorders or typically developing children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
- Ability to work on a team and adapt to a changing environment
- Willing to learn and implement new skills
- Maintain reliable and adequate internet speed to support video conferencing and other work from remote location
- Strong knowledge of BACB Ethics Code
- Strong knowledge of BACB Supervision Requirements for RBTs
- Proficiency in Excel and Central Reach, preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence
