Responsibilities
Your Role as a Regional Support Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Support Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person clinical oversight and leadership support across multiple clinics within the CITY, STATE region. This role offers the opportunity to focus on client programming, mentoring entry-level BCBAs, training RBTs, and supporting clinic operations. You’ll work closely with Clinic Directors and Senior Clinic Directors to implement BrightPath Behavior’s standards and protocols, ensuring clinical excellence and positive client outcomes.
This position is onsite, Monday through Friday, with the potential for up to 3 flex/remote days per month, at the discretion of your supervisor. Candidates must also be willing to provide multisite coverage across clinics within the region to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight and Excellence:
- Conduct initial assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, EFL) and develop individualized treatment plans to meet client goals.
- Monitor and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maintain clinical excellence.
- Provide clinical supervision and ensure adherence to BACB standards, treatment fidelity, and insurance requirements
- Additional projects and duties as assigned.
- Supervision and Training:
- Mentor entry-level BCBAs and supervise staff earning independent fieldwork hours.
- Provide consistent feedback and training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Facilitate caregiver training to promote skill generalization and maintenance.
- Leadership Support:
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors and Regional Directors to support clinic operations and strategic initiatives.
- Provide clinic coverage and assist with onboarding new employees as needed.
- Participate in marketing outreach to community partners and prospective clients.
- Support staff training, development, and crisis management.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress reports and treatment records.
- Ensure billing practices align with services provided and payer requirements.

- Maintain BCBA certification and LBA in good standing.
- Must have held a BCBA credential for a minimum of 3 years (preferred 5 years).
- Maintain Supervisor status under the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must have previous multi-site/multi-clinic experience working in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Preferred prior experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
- Strong communication, planning, time management, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Physically able to work on the floor with children, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to use computers and tablets for extended periods of time.
- Has access to reliable transportation, holds a valid driver’s license, and is able to pass a background check.
- Ability to commute to: Rockwall, Forney, and Plano, TX. Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation assistance package
